2025 Cavendish Beach Music Festival Policies (July 10,11,12 - Thursday,Friday, Saturday)

RULES for staying during CBMF period

- Smoking Cannabis is prohited (you can use the gummies only)
- Quiet Time is 11pm - 8am so No hanging out on the decks after the festival after the festival.
- All persons staying on our property will be required to wear bracelets
- Maximum of 2 Vehicle per cottage (Vehicle pass will be given)
- No Off Site Visitors Allowed (Day or Night) from Wednesday 6pm - Sunday 12noon
- NO PETS allowed in any cottages
- NO Parties

BOOKING POLICY:

- Reservations & Deposits are NON-Transferable to other persons so no selling your reservation
- All bookings will require the Names and Ages of each person staying in the cottage
- A $500 Non-Refundable Deposit must be paid by E-mail Transfer at time of making the booking. Balance is due to be paid by E-mail Transfer on April 8, 2025
- A valid credit card (Visa or MC) is required to book the cottage and will be kept on file as a damage deposit or a $1000 damage deposit can be paid upon arrival and will be refunded within 72 hours of checking out.
- The person who's name is on the reservation is responsible for the cottage and/or damage
- The cottage will not be given until the person who booked it arrives.
- Only the # of people you booked for will be allowed to stay in the cottage,- If you arrive with more persons than that approved in your booking, or if you try to sneak in extra persons you will be asked to leave the property with no refunds given.

2025Cancellation Policy:

- If you cancel up to April 8, 2025 you will lose the $500 non-refundable deposit you paid.
- If you cancel after April 8th 2025, you will receive a full refund less the $500 non-refundable deposit paid if the cottage gets rented to another Guest for the nights you have booked.
- If you leave before your reservation has ended, you will NOT receive any refund
- Once the dates are booked changes cannot be made as the cottage will be booked around your dates

Cleaning fee: $140
Flat Rate covers 3,4 or 5 Nights = $1260 for 2 persons
Extra persons: $150 each for the 3,4 or 5 nights
Maximum 4 persons

Cleaning fee: $160
Flat Rate and covers 3, 4 or 5 Nights = $1540 for 4 persons
Extra persons: $150 each extra person for the 3,4 or 5 nights
Maximum 6 persons
