2023 Sommo Music Festival Rates for July 14-15 weekend are the same as our nightly rates for Aug 4,5,6 long weekend. We do not permit the smoking of Cannabis on our property (you can use Cannabis Gummies).
Typically we have a 5-7 night min stay July 9-Aug 26 but we will do a min of 3 nights with a cleaning fee because we have to hire extra staff for check in and check out dates for this festival. You can add additional nights.
A $400 Non-Refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
1 Bedrooms Deluxe or Detached Studio Style Cottage: (1 available)
Rates cover up to 2 persons. Maximum 4 persons allowed
Available for Saturday night, July 15th (1 night only)
Rate: $259 + tax for 2 persons
Extra persons are $50 + tax each.
2 Bedroom Deluxe: Rates cover up to 4 persons (2 available)
Maximum 6 persons allowed
2 Nights: Nightly @ $299 + $100 cleaning fee
Cost: $598 + $100 cleaning fee = $698 + tax for 4 persons for 2 nights
Extra persons are $100 + tax each

3 Nights: Nightly @ $299 + $70 cleaning fee
Cost: $897 + $70 cleaning fee = $967 + tax for 4 persons for 3 nights
Extra persons are $120 + tax each.
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom: Rates cover up to 4 persons (1 available)
Maximum 6 persons allowed
2 Nights: Nighly @ $329 + $140 cleaning fee
Cost: $658 + $140 cleaning fee = $798 + tax for 4 persons for 2 nights
Extra persons are $120 + tax each

3 Nights: Nightly @ $329 + $100 cleaning fee
Cost: $987 + $100 cleaning fee = $1087 + tax for 4 persons for 3 nights
Extra persons are $120 + tax each.
OR
4 Nights : Nightly @ $329 + $90 Cleaning fee
Cost: $1316 + $90 cleaning fee = $1406 + tax for a 4 night stay
Extra persons are $120 + tax each.
3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom: Rates cover up to 5 persons (SOLD OUT)
Maximum 8 persons allowed
3 Nights: Nightly @ $379 + $170 cleaning fee
Cost: $1137 + $170 cleaning fee = $1307 + tax for 5 persons for 3 nights
Extra persons are $120 + tax each.
OR
4 Nights : Nightly @ $379 + $120 Cleaning fee
Cost: $1516 + $120 cleaning fee = $1636 + tax for a 4 night stay
Extra persons are $120 + tax each.
You cannot book these cottages online with our online booking systems. Prices shown on the online booking is based on a 7 night stay. If you stay 7 nights they are the rates you pay. You have to send us an inquiry here

Sommo Festival Booking/Cancellation Policy:
- $400 Non-Refundable Deposit required at time of booking, balance is due June 12th
- Should you cancel after June 12 and we can get the cottage rented out to another Guest you will receive what you paid less the $400 Non-refundable deposit paid.
Sommo Festival Rules for Staying Policy:
- Cannabis - smoking cannabis is not permitted on our property anytime ($500 fee will apply if you smoke it on our property). You can use Cannabis Gummies.
- No smoking inside the cottage or doorways - you can smoke outside (but not cannabis) on the deck, ashtray will be provided. $500 violation fee will apply if we detect smoke of any kind inside the cottage
- Quiet time is strictly 11pm-8am <not all of our guests are attending the music festival>
- No Parties
- Off Site Visitors are not permitted after 9pm or before 10am
- NO Pets allowed
- You cannot "Sell" or "Transfer" your booking to another person
- All occupants must register at the office upon arrival.
- Maximum 2 vehicles per cottage
SOMMO Festival is located behind the Avonlea Shops. We are usually a 6 min drive to Avonlea Shops but delays are usual during the Cavendish Beach Music Festival and will likely be the case during Sommo Festival during heavy traffic times between 4pm-7pm. There is no shuttle service but Taxi service has been great for CBMF and very reliable.
