This Cottage is NEW being built in spring of 2024 ready to rent in June and will be similar to the pictures below. Bedroom sizes will be slightly different because 2 bedrooms will be able to accommodate a Queen and a Double. The Cottage will have a King bed in one bedroom, a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen and a Double in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 persons. There is no Pull Out Couch in this cottage. Full kitchen with dishwasher. This cottage will have it's own Washer & Drier. Large deck with 2 BBQ's and a patio table. there is a min stay of 4 nights off season (June 1-July 4 or Aug 25-Sept 30) and will rent weekly Sat-Sat from July 13-Aug 24. A 4 night slot will be available July 9,10,11,12 with a $100 cleaning fee applicable. Min stay of 5 nights for CBMF weekend.

POLICY:
- No Smoking Inside or in Cottage Doorway (ashtray provided to smoke on the Deck)
- Cannabis - due to issues Cannabis can NOT used on our property
- $500 Violation Fee will be applied if you smoke inside the cottage
- Fresh Fish/Lobster/Mussels cannot be cooked inside the Cottage due to the unpleasant odour they create. We provide election element and propane cooker to use outside on the Deck.
- Bicycles, Hitches or Rooftop Carriers cannot be carried or stored inside the cottage. Can be stored on or beside the Deck.
-Parking available for 3 Vehicle. No Tents, Campers or RV permitted
- NO Pets allowed in this Cottage
- Offsite Visitors - maximum of 6 Off Site Visitors permitted between 10am-9pm.
All Non Registered Guests must vacate the property by 9pm.
No Pets allowed with Off Site Visitors.
We are a Quiet Establishment and do Not permit Large Gatherings on the property
