PET POLICY
- We have 2 Pet Friendly Cottages Only – 1 Bedroom Cottages (Non-Shedding Hypoallergenic Dogs only – no other animals). No Large breed dogs. Dogs must be under 60lbs
- Pets are not permitted with Off Site Visitors coming to visit you. This applies to ALL Cottages
- Only Dogs are permitted
- Dogs must be considered the NON- Shedding Hypoallergenic Breeds
- No puppies under 6 months are allowed
- Maximum of 2 dogs per cottage
- $20 per night/per pet nightly fee applies
- Pets must be disclosed at time of inquiry, providing age, breed and weight
- All Pets must be approved by Management before booking
- Pets are Not allowed in Other cottages ($500 violation fee will apply)
- Pets are not allowed on the beds/bedding or the fabric furniture in Living Room
- They cannot be left alone in the cottage while you are out unless they are placed in a crate or carrier – No Exceptions
- Pets must be on a leash when on the grounds in Public Areas (we do provide an area in the back where they can run around freely away from other guests
- Owners must pick up after their pet – Mandatory.
- Pets are not allowed to visit with Off Site Visit
