You Need To Bring:
- Towels to use outside at the Pool or Beach
- Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Dryer
- Paper Towel, Aluminum Foil, Plastic Wrap
- Beach Chairs/Umbrellas
Cottage Policy:
- No Smoking Inside or in Cottage Doorway (ashtray provided to smoke on the Deck). $500 Violation Fee will be applied if we detect the smell of smoke inside.
- Smoking Cannabis use is NOT permitted on our property (but you can use gummies)
- Fresh Fish/Lobster/Mussels cannot be cooked inside the Cottage (we provide electric element and propane cooker to use outside on the Deck). If cooking other foods with strong smells we ask that you cook them outside on the deck to prevent the odors from being inside the cottage.
- Bicycles, Hitches or Rooftop Carriers cannot be carried or stored inside the cottage. Can be stored on or beside the Deck.
- Parking available for 1 Vehicle. No Tents, Campers or RV permitted
- Offsite Visitors - maximum of 5 Off Site Visitors permitted between 10am-9pm. All Non Registered Guests must vacate the property by 9pm. No Pets allowed with Off Site Visitors. We are a Quiet Establishment and do Not permit Large Gatherings on the property
- Sorry No Wood Burning Fires permitted.

Maximum # of Guests allowed in this Cottage: 2 persons
You will not be allowed to stay in this cottage if you arrive with more than 2 persons to stay and you will lose your deposit.
For Holiday Weekends (Canada Day Weekend and Labour Day Weekend), Sundays are considered weekend nights and the Thursday-Saturday rates shall apply to those Sundays (July 2, Sept 3).
